I had my first teeth clean with Rachel and she was absolutely lovely. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which really put me at ease. She was gentle, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the whole appointment. I left feeling really well looked after and much more confident about future visits. We always have a really great experience. The whole team is welcoming and make everything feel calm and unrushed. Rachel, who is an excellent hygienist has fantastic chair-side manners, explains things clearly, and is especially great with kids — patient, reassuring, and genuinely kind. She makes the appointments feel easy and stress-free. Highly recommend, especially for families or anyone who feels a bit anxious about dental visits.
