I had a wonderful experience with the dental hygienist, Mrunal Bhosale. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional throughout my appointment. She did an excellent job and paid close attention to the small details, frequently checking in and being very mindful of my comfort and anxiety. Her thoughtful and caring approach truly made the experience much easier. A BIG THANK YOU & highly recommend!
Very reassuring service from dentist and hygienist who have taken an objective approach to determining the necessary frequency of my appointments inspiring trust and confidence. Four stars instead of five as the quality of the reception staff is variable and they don’t let you use the toilet. They tell you to walk to the local supermarket in the rain if you’re desperate. No consideration either for the fact that appointment delayed.
My appointment with dental hygienist Mrunal Bhosale went very well. She was professional, gentle, and thorough throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain each step clearly, and ensured I was comfortable at all times. The overall experience was positive and well-managed, and I appreciate the high standard of care provided.
