I had a wonderful experience with the dental hygienist, Mrunal Bhosale. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional throughout my appointment. She did an excellent job and paid close attention to the small details, frequently checking in and being very mindful of my comfort and anxiety. Very reassuring service from dentist and hygienist who have taken an objective approach to determining the necessary frequency of my appointments inspiring trust and confidence. Four stars instead of five as the quality of the reception staff is variable and they don’t let you use the toilet. They tell you to walk to the local supermarket in the rain if you’re desperate. No consideration either for the fact that appointment delayed.
