Eclipse Dental Practice

I had to have my wisdom tooth removed on Friday. It was my first extraction and I was really frightened. Oana was so wonderful throughout my appointment, making sure I was comfortable, stopping when I needed to and explaining everything to me throughout. My extraction went smoothly and I’m now recovering. I am so grateful for the care and time Oana gave to me to ensure my appointment could get as well as possible.

Sonia and her team as always are charming and helpful. I have an injured back and shoulder but they helped to make the process as painless as possible. I can't praise nor thank them enough.

Whilst the staff were friendly and the treatment satisfactory, there is no urgency in the morning to meet appointment times. Perhaps an earlier arrival by staff to be set up and ready to go when the practice opens at 0830. Lots of hustle and bustle for the first 20 minutes, but lots of patients waiting for their 0830 appointments. Seen at 0850.

Such a bad experience here, turnt up today for a 11.30 appointment, arrived at 11am the lady with glasses told me to take a seat. At 1pm as they are going to lunch I had still not seen and it wasn't until then her colleague asked me if I was waiting for someone, not that they could of asked that before making me wait 2 hours. Then as they call me in they say they havent received my health questionnaire which should of been competed when I first arrived, yet this wasn't given to me or asked to be completed and the dentist and his assistant were rude and abrupt about this because the staff h…
