I’ve had a really good experience with Lso but today was different the receptionists were not as friendly and quite rude in my opinion as I’ve been coming here for over a year. I paid over £2000 for my treatment and don’t expect to be treated like this, I asked for dark green on my braces and got teal but it was too late I had already gotten home. Furthermore I was getting my bottom wire changed and the wire got stuck on my lip and left a red mark which I saw when I got back home and the orthodontist didn’t even apologise? I expected better for the amount I paid! Hopefully I will get better…
