I visited bridge dental as a new patient having broken my tooth! From entering to leaving with a plan to fix said tooth the staff couldn’t of been any more, Welcoming, professional,informative knowledgeable & reassuring it was like a breath of fresh air no stuffy waiting room! Fantastically clean facilities took time to explain action plan and fantastic response time to book treatment in. Couldn’t of been happier.
Disgusting dentist I wouldn’t use them if they were the last practice in the world, unprofessional, untrained and won’t accept responsibility when it goes wrong. Had a dentist drill me for 4 hours nearly perforating my gum because she couldn’t find the root of my tooth and instead of waiting for the professional to check her work, she just kept drilling didn’t even give me enough numbing injections. Worst thing was she damaged the tooth so badly that it couldn’t be saved and just left me traumatised to go back so all the treatment I was meant to do using my maternity certificate was all was…
Great experience at Bridge Dental, Harpreet was very thorough and professional at the check up. A great asset to the practice.
My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and professionalism of all team members. The premises are clean and pleasant, as a patient I can only recommend this surgery.
