I called Ascent Dental in Leamington Spa last Friday to book an Emergency appointment that day as one of my tooth fillings came out that morning. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very professional and helpful. She booked the appointment for me and confirmed it by SMS within a few minutes. When I arrived at the clinic later that day, the Receptionist was also very welcoming and professional. She asked me to update my registration details and medical history to ensure accuracy. I've always been very nervous about going to the dentist and about dental work in general. But going to Ascent was a completely different experience.
