Was nervous about going back to the dentist as due to COVID I hadn't been to one in a few years, I registered as a private patient and got an appointment a few weeks later for a check up. Staff were absolutely lovely, looked after me and talked through everything they were doing. For Private care the price was perfectly reasonable as well! So glad I tried this place, would recommended and give 10/10

Been going to this practice for well over 10 years and have always received first class treatment and aftercare . Only spoke with them minutes ago due to an aftercare issue and the receptionist couldn’t have done enough for me . Great service all round as usual .

Terrible service, they don’t look after their patients. Poor quality and no real care given, didn’t listen to concerns and pretty much ignored the issue. I think this is because you’re not paying privately, which is mentioned all the time. Now being told that I need to pay £20 for an appointment that I called up and cancelled. Also told by reception they would speak to the dentist and call me back, this never happened either. Save yourself the bother and go to a different dentist.

Turned up for an appointment to be turned away as the systems were down. Couldn’t phone me as numbers are on the system. Basic practice to have a weekly written diary for each dentist so you can contact people if your systems are down. I’m out of a mornings pay.
