I can’t thank this dental practice enough for their help when I was struck with toothache and needed urgent care. Despite not being a regular patient and living very much outside the area, they kindly accommodated me on very short notice as I was holidaying in the area. As someone who is an anxious patient with a real fear of the dentist, I was made to feel completely relaxed and reassured throughout the appointment. I Have had a few treatments at this dentist over the years and found them to be very informative and professional regarding what was required to resolve my various problems. It was also explained to me what was available under the NHS and privately, the choice was always left up to me. On the two occasions when I had toothache I was given an appointment right away and treatment to ease the pain until a permanent solution was found. I have been patient of Lanark Dental Care for many years. Over the last few years there have been several changes to the practice both in terms of personnel and the treatments on offer. The practice has never been better and I have full confidence going forward that I will receive the highest quality care.

Won’t return. Went in 3 years ago and was advised I could only get my treatment privately and not on the nhs, which I did. Went back in for a check up which should be free on the nhs. Never advised that they had registered me as a private patient years ago and charged £75 for a check up (10/15 minutes). No apology, no reasoning, poor customer service. Also quoted a ridiculous amount for treatment. Dentist was very nice and welcoming. No one else was.
