Absolutely no complaints with the whole process. I recently visited to have crowns removed and new ones added over two appointments. From start to finish there was nothing but great professional and friendly service. Very pleased with the outcomes of my treatment and I felt involved throughout the whole process with the dentist (James) and the rest of the team checking I was okay, and happy with the progress. I recently needed to have a root removed as a matter of urgency, it was potentially a difficult task. On recommendation I contacted Toft Road Dental Practice, to make an appointment. I was offered a cancellation the same day, which I accepted gratefully. The receptionist was so helpful, explaining which dentist I would see. I was put at ease completely when I was in the surgery, by dental surgeon Mr James Gilmore, who was lovely, he removed the offending root with ease, ( at least on my part ) talking me through the procedure every of the way. Recently just had my peg laterals built up and James was excellent. Would recommend this dental practice as the results were fantastic. 10/10
Terrible customer care. Avoid like the plague. Overcharge too. Make sure you are quoted for all work, then compare. The way this practice treat people is far from acceptable. 1/10.
