AVOID this business!!! Booked through groupon a one ‘extensive scale & polish’ thinking it would be better than a normal ‘scale & polish’ the receptionist who is the manager doesn’t know a thing about customer service. She told me the treatment would take 20minuets, I was in there for no longer than 5mins.. The dentist and other lady didn’t have a clue, it was rushed and not professional. Once the treatment was done they said I was finished without showing me so I went into the bathroom to check and there was visible signs of marks on my teeth still. I’ve had scale & polish done before so I…
I booked an extensive clean but the entire appointment lasted only around five minutes, with very little time spent actually cleaning my teeth. When I got home and checked, I could still see plaque buildup and even spots on my front teeth. The overall experience felt rushed, and the staff came across as uninterested and dismissive. I regularly get a scale and polish every 6–8 months, so I know what to expect from a thorough clean, this was far below standard and very disappointing.
I have been here over the course of a year to have SmileWhite aligner treatment, and is a pleasure every time, the staff are lovely and very helpful.
