White Rose Dental Practice

The dentist was very polite. He explained exactly what i needed and booked me for my teeth to be fixed. I am always on edge when visiting a dentist because of allergies to the local anastatic but I have 100% trust in DR Mickiev. Thank you to all the staff for your treatment at Knottingley white rosed dental practice.

Until recently I had been a patient at this practice for over 25 years and was always happy with the care—until the last 18-24 months. Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill. Appointments have been cancelled with little notice, and it’s become very difficult to get in touch with them. Communication is poor, and the overall customer service feels disorganised and unresponsive. It’s really disappointing to see such a long-standing, trusted relationship decline like this. I hope the practice takes steps to improve, but sadly, I can no longer recommend them based on recent experiences.

Welcoming and respectful staff.My doctor can make my surgery treatment not painful at all,so calm and professional. I felt safe and well took care. Highly recommend.5 stars.

The best dentists i have been with. My dentist. Rolf, is so nice and calming, unfortunately he is due to retire shortly so i have booked my next appointment with Tim. Overall a great practice.
