I had been struggling with worn teeth for quite some time and decided to visit the practice. Khush put together a clear and comprehensive treatment plan, and I chose to go ahead. The results are incredible—I now have beautiful teeth and no longer feel embarrassed to smile! I’ve also visited the hygienist since, and the experience was far superior to what I was used to at my previous NHS practice. I went to a new patient check up today, which was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was greeted by Lin and Jackie on reception who were so lovely and welcoming. I had a hygienist appointment with Kate and Claire who were very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. Then a check up with Khush and Rhiannon, they were very informative and helpful throughout the appointment. The nurse Rhiannon really went above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable throughout and eased my anxiety.

This was my first time at BUPA Knebworth. I was greeted warmly by reception, then I had an appointment with Kate the hygienist and then Paayal the dentist. Kate was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had bleeding gums for some time and she gave me great advice afterwards about how to care for my teeth and gums. The appointment was gentle but very thorough, my teeth felt amazing afterwards. Paayal took a full scan of my teeth, then talked in detail about how she can help me with my wisdom tooth troubles. I felt very comfortable given her knowledge and experience. She was excellent.
