A friendly greeting on arrival, prompt in confirming appointments & in sending a reminder the day before. My dentist makes sure I am comfortable, is reassuring & gives explicit explanations at each step of a procedure. Nicely greeted by Sara and Hope on reception, then Andrea the nurse took me in and Sarah got to work on my check up. Lovely place, thanks to everyone, but especially Sarah.
Thank you so much Gill and assistant Andrea for using the Lunos air polisher on my sensitive teeth today which was warm water. It made all the difference as I can’t always cope with the cold water and sometimes have to ask to revert back to hand scraping. Also thanks to the helpful reception team Sara, Hope and Grace who are always really helpful and managed to get me an appointment at short notice. I’d recommend this dental practice to anyone.
