I’d like to say a huge thank you to Mr Shyam Madhaven and Christina White going to the dentist has always been a scary thing for me and especially with having children and they made us feel so comfortable and explained step by step to my children about what they were doing. I’m very grateful for the work they do and how much they help me through the process! They are fantastic and very professional and made us feel very settled
Haven't had a dentist appointment in a very long time so was nervous! Mr Shyam and Olivia were so lovely and communicative throughout the whole appointment, really helped ease my anxiety. Best dentist practise have ever been to! Beth on reception is fab and helpful and friendly too. Couldn't recommend more!
Fantastic! I never thought I’d say that about visiting a dentist! 😆 It’s been several years since I last went to a dentist…. So I was pretty apprehensive. Friendly, professional experienced staff and dentist that made me feel extremely comfortable and reassured straight away and throughout my appointment. Thank you and I’m so pleased i have joined such a brilliant practice.
A 54 year total fear of dentistry ended with a visit to Dr Younes at Cumbria Smiles. He and his staff were kind, relaxed and caring. I felt at ease straight away. My procedure was painless, and trouble-free. I was kept informed throughout and my mind was completely at ease. I cannot recommend this practice enough. Thank You
