I have been a patient of the Kington Dental Practice, with Dr. Vasile Pana and Dr. Diana Pana since they opened in 2003. It has been a world of dentistry quite unlike anything I knew before. Having lived in both England and France I was used to “pop in” dentistry where you only go if a filling needed to be replaced or if you wanted the odd check-up. Here in the Pana surgery, I was in a sophisticated world of modern digital dentistry, assisted by the latest technology. I was shocked when Dr Vasile Pana showed me on a computer screen that I had gum disease and bone loss. I couldn’t believe it…
I had my first experience of Kington Dental Practice today. It was a pleasure to be greeted by Sophie on reception who put me at ease straight away. The dentist made me feel very relaxed and listened to my concerns. He gave me great in depth advice on options going forward. Delighted with my treatment and plan. Highly recommend!
Excellent service throughout - Sophie on reception is very professional and a great 'first impression' of the Practice. Vasile Pana is an excellent dentist and puts you at ease very quickly (never a bad thing!). A particular mention for Meg who is a real asset to the company - she has the ability to explain the payment plans clearly and has a lovely sense of humour. All in all, a very positive experience.
