SNS Dental Practice

This practice should be closed down permanently. They are frequently closed during advertised hours and do not answer calls. I had a severe toothache since last Thursday and tried calling many times with no response. I eventually had to call NHS 111 on Saturday, who arranged an emergency appointment for me. The dentist there prescribed antibiotics and advised to get root canal done by my dentist, so I started calling this practice again from 9 AM today — still no answer. Very nice dentist explained the process through and felt treatment was gently and confidently executed would always use them and highly recommend it

Wow! I am so scared of the dentist as a teenager and when my mum told me i had to go i was extremely scared due to horrible experiences in the past. However i found that this clinic was so amazing. I got 2 fillings done and it's been about 3 weeks and they haven't budged/stained. Process was quite easy and bearable- the reception was also very nice and understanding even when i was slightly difficult, as for the Dentists they made me at ease as they would continually ask if i was in pain and comfortable. I do recommend and will be returning xx

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the dental care I received from SNS Dental Practice. While I acknowledge that dentist appears to be making an effort, unfortunately, these efforts have resulted in more problems than solutions. Despite multiple appointments and repeated corrections to the same procedure, there has been no improvement. I have been left in ongoing pain and discomfort.
