Kingsbridge Dental Centre

An NHS spot became available, so I went for a checkup despite the online reviews looking horrendous. Toni the receptionist was fantastic. I told her I was a nervous patient and she said all the right things. I asked about the reviews and she explained why the reviews earlier in the year were so bad, I was completely satisfied. A very positive experience.

My elderly Mum and I have just had our first appointments at the Kingsbridge My Dentist. From my initial phone contact with Toni and then Stacey on reception today, it just couldn't have been a nicer experience. Martin the dentist was incredibly patient with me being very nervous (at 57 yrs old!). Genuinely lovely humans throughout, and well worth the drive up from Plymouth :-)

I went to the Kingsbridge surgery yesterday and was told l needed a replacement filling, which l thought was probable. I was booked in to have my treatment today which was fabulous. The filling itself was very quick and easy(l am not a fan of the dentist) which l was very pleased with and l didn't even need an injection. The dentist explained exactly what was happening and put me at ease. On both visits this week's the reception team have been really welcoming and helpful. If I could score this dentist as zero I would. Shockingly bad customer service, rude receptionists and appalling service. My daughter was given the wrong treatment, charged extra and then despite 3 phonecalls requesting a call from the manager I am now having to pursue the issue with the governing body. Cannot stress enough how you should go to ANY of the other dentists in kingsbridge.
