An NHS spot became available, so I went for a checkup despite the online reviews looking horrendous. Toni the receptionist was fantastic. I told her I was a nervous patient and she said all the right things. I asked about the reviews and she explained why the reviews earlier in the year were so bad, I was completely satisfied. A very positive experience.
My elderly Mum and I have just had our first appointments at the Kingsbridge My Dentist. From my initial phone contact with Toni and then Stacey on reception today, it just couldn't have been a nicer experience. Martin the dentist was incredibly patient with me being very nervous (at 57 yrs old!). Genuinely lovely humans throughout, and well worth the drive up from Plymouth :-)
I went to the Kingsbridge surgery yesterday and was told l needed a replacement filling, which l thought was probable. I was booked in to have my treatment today which was fabulous. The filling itself was very quick and easy(l am not a fan of the dentist) which l was very pleased with and l didn't even need an injection. The dentist explained exactly what was happening and put me at ease. On both visits this week's the reception team have been really welcoming and helpful. I even asked if l could have a quick chat with the Practice Manager to ask her a question. I thought l would need to…
If I could score this dentist as zero I would. Shockingly bad customer service, rude receptionists and appalling service. My daughter was given the wrong treatment, charged extra and then despite 3 phonecalls requesting a call from the manager I am now having to pursue the issue with the governing body. Cannot stress enough how you should go to ANY of the other dentists in kingsbridge.
