The service is excellent. When I called during lockdown James gave me advice and help over the telephone and I soon got an appointment upon re-opening. I had a call in advance to explain what would happen which was helpful and reassuring. My appointment was yesterday and I felt completely safe and totally at ease. James and his colleagues are friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend the practice and would like to thank them all for helping me feel human again as I now have my front tooth back.
This review is from my wife Teresa who received excellent service from James and the team during lockdown. James delivered medication and treatment products to our home very promptly after receiving my telephone call. This week I was offered an appointment to attend the surgery and was very impressed with everything that been put in place to ensure the safety of myself and the staff. Everything was explained clearly and I felt totally at ease and very safe during my visit. Thank you to James and the girls.
I was invited for my check up this week, receiving clear helpful instructions about arrangements. Everyone was friendly, attentive and reassuring, and professional as ever. The new procedures have obviously been well considered and I felt in very safe hands throughout. Thanks to James, Hazel, Sarah-Jane and all the team.
We both received the usual friendly and excellent treatment from James and his team yesterday despite these difficult times. Clearly a great deal of thought and planning has gone in to providing a first class service whilst meeting all the safety guidelines. Well done Brundholme.
