A big thanks to Helen, assisted by Katie for providing a very high level professional service today. Helen did a great job explaining my options and her plan, keeping me updated as the treatment progressed. Overall very impressed by the quality of service addressing my broken tooth/filling. Hopefully I won't be back too soon ! but if the need arises in the future I will certainly have not hesitation engaging Helen.
I had a really positive experience at Crossbank today. Just want to say a special thank you to Anna, Jill and Molly who were more than welcoming throughout my appointment. I’m a nervous patient so their friendly and supportive approach made such a difference. Everything was explained thoroughly.
