A big thanks to Helen, assisted by Katie for providing a very high level professional service today. Helen did a great job explaining my options and her plan, keeping me updated as the treatment progressed. Overall very impressed by the quality of service addressing my broken tooth/filling. Hopefully I won't be back too soon ! but if the need arises in the future I will certainly have not hesitation engaging Helen.
I had a really positive experience at Crossbank today. Just want to say a special thank you to Anna, Jill and Molly who were more than welcoming throughout my appointment. I’m a nervous patient so their friendly and supportive approach made such a difference. Everything was explained thoroughly. I'm usually nervous about dental work, but this visit was excellent! Helen was gentle, explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Completely pain free. Thank you, Helen and Lexie!
On my last visit Helen as usual did a great job her relaxed and friendly demeanour puts me at ease. I have confidence in her abilities and the work completed to date on my dental health has been excellent. I have every confidence that the modern practice at Crossbank has the equipment, skills and people to look after my challenging dental needs now and into the future.
