My 87 year old dad filled in the online form this morning and received a phone call from Dr Home within 15 minutes! Wow! Dad was so pleased with the advice received and kind nature of the Doctor! Thanks you for your ongoing care!

Shocking service, I have been requesting help for 2 years regarding medication, no support, put in "the form" received a call saying an immediate telephone call with G.P.... excellent...... Until I was told it was a G.P. whom I had spoken to 18 months ago with no support whatsoever, then. I pointed out useless talking to that G.P., I had simply requested a change to medication. Need doing today, So, I rang the surgery. To inform them that even though I had rejected to speak to the G.P. in question. I would still require, meds changed. On telephoning at 4-45pm was told emergency calls only.…

Put a form in to see a GP today, someone called me within 20 minutes. Saw the GP who was excellent, friendly and thorough. Superb service from a great team who are working under difficult, under resourced circumstances. Thank you Silsden 🙌
