Been using this dentist for years it's gone seriously downhill. I rang up today as a filling had fallen out and needed emergency treatment on another tooth. The receptionist told me I had missed an appointment and they were no longer treating me leaving me in a right mess.I have always kept my appointments and had no idea I had done anything wrong. What a disgracefull way to treat a pensioner who has paid many many thousands of pounds into the system. But I suppose money talks at the end of the day

Brilliant dental practise. I have never felt so at ease at the dentist before. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. From my first phone call enquiry to the treatment I received the staff were excellent. Catherine the receptionist was ace. They went above and beyond what I imagined any dentist would do to help. Chris did an excellent job repairing my bridge. He was honest about possible outcomes whilst giving hope of trying other treatments should this one not work. Superb place for your dental needs. The dentists and hygienists here are doing their very best to ensure that my teeth last me as long as I need them. The advice given is always very thoughtful. I should like to thank Mr Nicholas Harker for preserving two of my teeth with crowns which were completed in a professional and friendly manner with superb explanations as to the treatment journey and expected results. I am so fortunate to have an NHS Dentist at all, but to have one so marvelous is a real bonus.

Superb family run dentist who go above and beyond their ethos. I regard these people my friends. They not only invest their time and knowledge with you they will help you save money by being honest about how a treatment will benefit rather than taking your money and saying goodbye. I've a huge dentist phobia, instead of crying a river I now look forward to my twice yearly catch up and hygienist appointment. My recommendation is try get on their books, your teeth need them, they'll thank you with a confident smile after.
