Went yesterday to dentist as an emerg3ncy appt with dull tooth ache Saw Rasheeda lady dentist who not my normal dentist was really good supportive having the tooth extraction there and then. Kept me calm breathing was very good dentist lady very reassuring to me as I got upset! And also ELLA also dental nurse was supportive too giving me reassurance My whole experience was very good. I’ve had my teeth taken care of by Bupa Dental Care in Keighley since I was a child. It has consistently been a fantastic place to care for my teeth. The staff are welcoming, the practice is clean and communication is consistent. Mariya is a caring and fantastic dentist who talked me through everything and checked in throughout my appointment and treatment. Olivia was also a big part in making me feel comfortable and helping me feel comfortable. I am quite a nervous patient but Naheed is fantastic, very friendly and puts me at ease. She tells me every step of the way what she's doing, i had a filling yesterday and was so surprised it was done in what seemed no time at all. Thank you!
Xuliya is one of the most patient and understanding dentists I've seen. As a nervous patient she keeps me calm and has always done a good job taking care of my teeth. Highly recommend this practice.
