Church Street Dental Practice

I've been registered at this practice with my son for a few years as NHS patients, since my previous dentist went private. It's been great, the check ups when we joined the practice were really thorough, and it's the first time I've had x-rays taken in years. All the staff we've spoken to have been brilliant, our dentist is Kate and she's very professional and chatty and puts you at ease, which is nice when you're not all that fond of visiting the dentist! Church street dental practice is 5* Gabby and Abbey were the best team I have ever had at the dentist. On my last visit I actually said that Gabby actually made the dental experience not frightening. I'm sorry that Gabby has left the practice and wish her all the very best for the future.

Terrible treatment from this dentist, multiple appointments since January 2026, six in total cancelled or not booked correctly, resulting in a huge abscess and the loss of one most likely two teeth , despite this they have cancelled 4/3/26 appointment which would be the follow up appointment following two courses of antibiotics, it would appear they have no concerns at all in regards to the health and wellbeing of patients !!! absolutely shocking avoid at all cost!!!. Kate & Linda are absolutely amazing with my whole family! Always make us feel so comfortable & at ease! Really hope they’re recognised for their hard work & genuine friendliness!
