Bank Street Dental Practice

I live in Los Angeles, back in Irvine visiting family. Dental care is excellent (and expensive) in the USA. When I was last here in April I had a dental emergency and booked an appointment here and saw Holly Smith. An excellent dentist! Very skillful. I liked her work so much I just saw her again for some more work. One of the best dentists I’ve seen, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

I needed emergency treatment but have not been in 6 years, i was shocked to find i was still registered with them due to covid. Arrived at 9am spoke to reception and expecting to wait hours but to my delight was seen straight away, i had root canal done and was home by 9.30am. 2 days later pain free, amazing standard of customer service done by all. I cant remember the dentist name but she was pregnant and the assistant were brilliant thanks again to everyone.

Mr Marshall as always was just great today. I arrived 9 am without an appointment I was seen right away... explained my left upper two front crowns had broken off on New Year's Day. He took an impression and removed the root. I took the impression to the Newmilns Lab who added two teeth on to my existing denture and delivered it back to dentist early afternoon to allow Mr Marshall to fit it.. Was perfect I am so happy and cannot praise highly enough.. Thank you Mr Marshall.

Very poor experience ,reception staff very poor customer service care awful, dentist and hygienist very good. After waiting over 2 months for an appointment sat in reception for 40 minutes had to go back to reception and told an emergency was running late which is understood, and no apology for wasting my time or not having the courtesy to come in and tell me about it.so was given another appointment 7 weeks said it was no use to me as on holiday. Told it was the best the receptionist could do .this is not good enough customer service . Cold not wait any longer as a key worker had to…
