They put my name on a waiting list 13 years ago - still waiting. Enquired recently to be told can't help you yet took on plenty of patients since- one to avoid.
Be aware that this practise can only handle routine treatment. On both occasions when I have needed work doing they were unable to carry it out themselves. The first time I was able to walk in to a dental surgery in Spain and have a tooth extracted for half the price it would have been here. Now I am being referred to another practise who cannot see me for 3 weeks despite the fact that I am in severe pain.
Writing this on behalf of my father in law. He was highly recommended this practice by a few people. He was really happy with his service, a nervous patient and treated with respect and patience. The receptionists couldn't have been anymore helpful. A lovely practice all staff and dentist was great ! Highly recommend.
Really angry that the dentist having put my appointment off for months has gone private and I cannot move to another NHS member at the practise. I could understand new patients being told it’s new private spaces only but to change only the poor people who happen to be with the one dentist is just unfair. Me and my husband are now stuck without dental care unless we want to pay the crazy private prices! Not good quality of care at all.
