Ilkley Dental Practice

My appointment was on time. Frederick was great. He made me feel welcome treated me with respect and was very clear about the treatment I needed. The dental assistant was lovely and the receptionist was really helpful. Would not hesitate to recomnend Ilkley Dental.

This practice advertised new NHS appointments in December 2025 to which I immediately signed up for - my appointment was scheduled for March 2026. 2 weeks before my appt I received an email saying they are canceling my appointment due to capacity issues, and there is no option to rebook for the future. I emailed the practice back and asked if it was possible to be put on a waiting list and received no reply. Absolutely brilliant service! Very caring and understanding! Took the time to listen and work at my pace. I have a huge phobia of dentist, i hide away from going unless I really need to! Backwards I know, but this was acknowledged and really understood, there was no pressure only calm reassurance! I’m happy to have found this place! And would certainly recommend!

What a lovely dentist! I have 2 , 2 year old twins who don’t sit still ect. The dentists assistant was great with them giving them stickers while I had my teeth checked. The dentist was also lovely & great with me & them. So glad I chose the dentist :) my twins also let him check their teeth he was that good!
