Our fully digital dental practice purchased CS81003D CBCT Scanner from 360v a couple of years ago. Their brilliant, knowledgeable team supported us throughout the whole process of installation, stayed on site until every single computer was properly connected. Very professional from the beginning till the end. The quality of the service doesn't drop after that, as they have helped us on many occasions, especially Emma, that really got out of her way on quite a few occasions to make sure we were looked after. 360V installed our CBCT scanner this week. The installation was very professional with no problems whatsoever. The engineers even stayed behind after hours to help install our R4 software (which wasn't their job to do so), very grateful. The training from Mel was fantastic. She made the training enjoyable and easy to learn, was a pleasure to have her ar the practice. As for the communication throughout, 360V have been fantastic. Shelton dental Centre has had a CBCT installed by 360 Visualise and the service they offer is second to none . Emma and her team installed it without a hitch on a weekend and after sales support has been excellent.
