Today was my third visit to Ward and Allison. As someone who has a long-standing fear of the dentist due to childhood trauma, I was extremely anxious about returning after nearly 10 years, especially when I chipped a tooth and needed a filling. Vanya was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything clearly and checked in with me at every stage, making sure I felt comfortable before continuing. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the lack of communication from your clinic concerning my daughter’s orthodontic treatment. My daughter has been waiting for orthodontic braces for nearly two years. She will turn 17 this summer. On every occasion, we have been told verbally that she is on the waiting list. However, we have never been provided with a written reference number or any written confirmation that she is actually on this list.
