As someone who has a long-standing fear of the dentist due to childhood trauma, I was extremely anxious about returning after nearly 10 years, especially when I chipped a tooth and needed a filling. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the lack of communication from your clinic concerning my daughter’s orthodontic treatment. My daughter has been waiting for orthodontic braces for nearly two years. She will turn 17 this summer. On every occasion, we have been told verbally that she is on the waiting list.
