I recently visited Word of Mouth Dental for a routine check-up and cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff Ms Hermione were welcoming and professional, making me feel at ease right away. Dr Benning was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood my dental health and the steps we could take to maintain it. I was terrified of the dentist and my teeth were suffering. Mr Benning was so kind and gentle he really helped me cope with my fear. Now I am not scared to go back and my teeth have improved. Ingrid is also very kind and helpful with my cleaning routine and puts me at ease when I go to see her. Highly recommended for scaredy cats like me.
Booked in a hygiene appointment with Ingrid and I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. I was given good advice on how to maintain good oral hygiene and felt completely at ease throughout the process. I will definetly be coming back here regularly for future dental work!
