Paediatric and Special Care Community Dental Service Loxford Polyclinic

Arrived 15 minutes early for my ultrasound and ended up wandering the building due to the absence of anyone at the entrance to give basic directions. Even though the signs clearly stated that ultrasounds were on the ground floor, the appointment was actually on the first floor in the dermatology area—because why not? After finally finding it, the ultrasound lasted about five minutes, which really justified the whole experience.

Arrived for my appointment 15mins early at the reception desk where I have to stand waiting 5 mins for security to show up where he reads my text for the appointment and directs me to ground floor. I see this signage on ground floor where I was told to go and since I’m here for internal ultrasound that would seem correct. Sat waiting 30mins to then be told its upstairs. Headed upstairs where I’m told as it’s now past my appointment time I can sit and wait for there to maybe be a cancellation. Sat around for over an hour for nothing, utterly poor experience which should’ve felt welcoming for…

It's not what it used to be, young people who have no experience still come and the wait is long, appointments are not respected, but I go to my local doctor and my doctor Nadia is skilled.

I had appointment for Lump and Bump clinic… I was late for 5 minutes. The receptionist told me to go to first floor. On the first floor no receptionist, no information at all where is the clinic exactly. I asked 2 different staffs no of them knows where is this Clinic… Finally an other staff told me the appointment is for her clinic but the doctor refused me to see because according to to him I was late 20 minutes. I told them it was only 5 minutes … they wanted to book me for another day but I refused . I don’t want to visit this unprofessional clinic anymore.
