I recently had an appointment with Dr Rimsha and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I arrived she made me feel completely at ease. Throughout the appointment she was calm, professional and genuinely attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I recently had a filling done by Dr Rimsha at Dental Solutions on Ilford Lane, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She did an absolutely fantastic job – the filling looks perfect, feels completely natural, and she took great care to make sure everything was done in the best possible way. I’m very satisfied with the result and would highly recommend Dr Rimsha to anyone looking for quality dental care in Ilford. The practice itself is clean, friendly, and well-organised too.
I had a very positive experience at the dentist. The staff were welcoming and professional, and everything was explained clearly, which really put me at ease. The appointment was efficient, and I felt well cared for throughout. I would definitely recommend this practice.
One of the worst experiences ever. Was told details and cost of appointment on the phone. When I got there they tried to charge me £200+ more, absolute cons. The receptionist are rude and show no level of compassion towards patients. Dentist and reception don't communicate with each other and create a mess in care. Before I was seen, receptionist spoke to patient front of me so rude and offered no support to the poor gentleman. I would not recommend.
