Unfortunately, my experience at this dental practice was far from positive. From the moment I arrived, I felt like just another number rather than a patient. The reception staff seemed disorganized and unwelcoming, and I had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation or apology. When I finally saw the dentist, the consultation felt rushed and impersonal. I tried to ask a few questions about my treatment options, but the responses were vague and dismissive. I have been with the surgery for over 40 years and the service is very good. Dr Shaw is a very kind person and he explained everything before the procedure. I recommend this surgery to others.

Great service from Dr. Aggarwal. Always polite and friendly. He explains everything that needs to be done and gives you options. The reception staff are also polite and friendly. You don't have to wait months for an appointment unlike other dental practices. Very happy with their service.
