I’ve never been passionate enough to write a review before but this one is definitely deserving, Avoid at all costs if possible, I had a temporary filling fitted on the same day of calling for appointment which was great, waited 15 mins, literally in with the dentist 2 mins, was charged £95 only for the filling to fall out less than 24 hours later, when I called to inform them they offered me an appointment in 30 minutes which I couldn’t make unfortunately as I work with clients and couldn’t cancel o. Having never been a fan of the dentist, I have to say that I cannot recommend The County Dental Practice highly enough. Chris is amazing as is his lovely assistant. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. The whole experience is exceptional. Thank you.
Last week my partner waited for 1/4 hr past appointment time , no one said anything, Her check was rushed , about 5 minutes . If you are happy with this approach .This is the place for you . Week later ,I arrived couple minutes early for my appointment , Immediately told .. we are running about 1/4 late . Seems normal at this dentist , patients can wait . I did not . If you are happy with this approach .This is the place for you . Charges increased substantially early this year . so I feel patients are being charged extra to be kept waiting . I have moved to another Dentist .
