Superb service for an emergency appointment. Prices explained prior booking on the phone , excellent customer service from start to finish. The appointment was fast and thorough, medication given there and then. If an appointment is fast and “cost too much” it’s not the case. Long and extensive medical experience can give a fast and accurate assessment. I won’t go anywhere else. 🦷🪥 Great team from start to finish

Update: after being asked to contact the team by the receptionist on Facebook, the dentist advised thier process is to explain costs in advance. I let her know that didn't happen and asked for next steps, she's chosen not to acknowledge my reply. That was over 1 month ago. Why did the receptionist tell me to contact them if the dentist was going to ignore my emails? Awful service, poorly trained staff and processes and crazy prices. I've been going to Fatima and her team for a few years now, and they are always so welcoming and very professional. My gnashers have never been looked after so well! Welcoming, friendly, calming (if that's what you need) staff and also sensitive to your own personal and financial circumstances. I'm extremely happy with my implants (arranged by Lambourn Valley) and am more than happy to endorse the Practice and the dedicated staff. Can't wait for my next visit!
