Awful dentist. Have been told on two occasions that nothing is wrong with tooth when I have gone as emergency (sometimes sitting for hrs) first male dentist saw me 4 times, was made to feel like I was lying and didn’t know what I was talking about, was eye rolled at and told I could possibly be in pain. Called 111 and saw new dentist who gave me root canal due to nerve needed removing and I had to go to GP as I had beginning of sepsis due to infection. Change practitioner and have again been told after emergency appointment that nothing is wrong(a simple cray would have showed otherwise) 11…

I am on the list for 2 years just waiting and I found out recently that I'm not even on the list anymore they kicked me out, they said they wouldn't take any more patients in the clinic. This is outrageous because I have problems with my dental teeth and I can't afford to pay.

Been with this dentist for a few years now and thought it was ok until my recent appointment the male dentist was very rude to me and said I have some sort of gun disease (he actually said its much worse then gum disease) and he said i know i do. I was very shocked and said I dont know what it is and no one has ever told me this before. He then rolled his eyes at me insisting that I already know and was very rude to me and talked down to me. I was nearly in tears and am also very upset ive had this on going problem and was never informed about it.

Lady on reception fully screamed at me to hold the phone, then hung up by slamming the phone down.
