I recently attended an appointment and wanted to share my experience as from start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. Dr Kiran Bhella provided treatment that truly exceeded my expectations. The quality of care, attention to detail, and clear explanations throughout the procedure immediately put me at ease. My mum had to see an emergency dentist and we had a really positive experience. Dr Haider and Nurse Roma were both very welcoming and made us feel comfortable straight away. Dr Haider was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making sure my mum received the best possible care. Nurse Roma was also lovely and reassuring throughout the appointment. Following a very painful time with toothache I contacted the practice for an emergency appointment. I was seen almost instantly and had Excellent service with professional and caring staff. Hedda was a first class dentist that talked me through every step of the way. The dentaI nurse was also extremely polite and knowledgeable. I will need further treatment going forward but feel happy that it's with this practice. Polite and pleasant reception staff, all very approachable, I have nothing but praise for this practice. An easy 5 stars. After spending the weekend in pain with lower wisdom tooth pain - enough was enough. A call around several NHS dentists who ‘didnt have prescribers in’ or ‘couldnt fit me in’, and a long phone call with 111 - I gave up on the NHS dentist front and googled emergency dentists near me. Night and Day Hull came up, and with lots of positive reviews - I was sold (albeit nervous about the cost, going private), so I booked an appointment for the same day £50 consultation fee.
