Took my 4 girls age 5 and under here for their first ever dentist visit. The dentist was amazing. She was kind and gentle with my girls and made their first ever experience of visiting a dentist fun. I'm terrified of dentists but she made me feel so at ease. I wish she could be my dentist but unfortunately don't seem to be taking NHS adult patients on at the moment :( thank you!

My wife and I are under the care of Sofia. She is an absolute star. She is so understanding about my fear of anything dentistry. She is caring and compassionate uses distraction techniques in such a professional way. Gives a thorough check up whilst talking you through every process. When any treatments are necessary she plays it down to her best ability. She is a first class dentist.

My husband and I have been private for many months under the membership plan. Unfortunately, our direct debit failed, and i called to reinstate our membership we were informed that we could not reinstate. This was very disappointing, especially as we had paid for several months without using my hygiene appointments. Essentially paying for a service to not receive one. There was no flexibility or understanding shown despite our prior payment history. Overall, I feel let down both in terms of patient care and customer service. Mr Osoianu and his team have always extended a warm and friendly welcome to myself and family over the past 10 years! Their patience and reassurance with my anxiety whilst undergoing check-ups and procedures has always been greatly appreciated. A kind and caring approach always helps! 😊 I cannot sing Mr Osoianu's praises high enough! I will continue to recommend him to friends and family for his exceptional high standards of dentistry.
