Went here yesterday for an emergency tooth removal, The service they offered was outstanding. The receptional was so polite & professional. I got there early & they got me in to treat me before my allocated time slot. The Dentist & her assistant was extremely professional & considerate & done an amazing job. For the first time in my life I want to go back to a dentist & have asked to be put on there waiting list for new NHS patients.

I attended this practice for an NHS filling and was charged over £150, which I believe is excessive and unclear. The quality of the work was poor — the filling does not feel finished properly and has caused ongoing discomfort. I left feeling that the full job was not completed, yet I was still charged a high amount. This has raised concerns for me about whether NHS patients are being charged more while receiving rushed or incomplete treatment. Never usually write reviews but came here for emergency treatment it was a messy service unprofessional and my teeth have never felt worse they asked to take me on as a private patient I wouldn’t dare go back even for free treatment would not recommend
