Firstly I want to highlight how wonderful the receptionist is, from the first point of contact, to the welcome we recieved the moment we walked in. Chloe especially always makes our visits, phone calls & experience, smooth, comfortable & stress-free. The specialist my son saw were always so calm, patient and lovely with him. I had such a lovely experience at Huddersfield Orthodontist and wanted to say a big thank you to Louise Derby and the whole team. Louise is incredibly patient, kind, and so good at explaining everything about braces and the whole procedure in a way that’s easy to understand. She really took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable and confident. been coming here since 2022 when i got my braces fitted. I’ve just got them removed, great service. Receptionist Chloe always gave me booking dates and was great at sorting things out especially when i’d have to get my braces tightened during school hours, she would make sure i wouldn’t get into trouble by saying “they can ring me if there’s any hassle” and by giving a note. Overall, really good there and i am glad with the outcome of my teeth.
