My dentist, Jack Ferris was brilliant throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently and delivered excellent treatment. I had an emergency appointment, made through 111 , for a broken tooth + reoccurring abcess ,yesterday (same day appointment 22/10/25) and was terrified I was quickly put at ease , with "Becca" the receptionist ,who was understanding , professional and reassuring On entering Dr I Hasnies surgery he calmed me , supported me with breathing and explained everything fully ... Went to Greenhead dentist today after 15 years of not visiting a dentist due to phobia. Let me tell you I was treated like royalty and was so well looked after. I was sweating buckets and was so nervous, but all the staff and the doctor made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I heard good things about this dental practice, and all the rumors are true!
