Had 2 appointments for suspected tumour both times felt dismissed the dr i had was dr swift could barely hear him and told me he will remove it when i turn 18 however when I went back was told its tiny and not life threatening therefore doesn’t need to be removed. He also claimed he had never seen it before and basically completely forgot about first appointment even though he could have checked my medical records. Came off as very condescending

I went to dentist around 6 months ago and had to have a tooth out I was the 1-1m for it to not stop bleeding so ended up in hospital, so I was then scared to go back on Wednesday I went for an emergency appointment with Sally and she made me feel so calm and understood why I was scared, went back friday to have the work finished and again Sally made sure I was calm and heard.

Went for leg dressings, double layer of outside tube dressing with cotton wool in between were is blue sterile pad ? Nothing under heel in agony.

The cleaner has a dog husky type that he said is not friendly and still allows it to be off lead and not muzzled at the same time and he allows dog to Rome freely when there’s eaderly people living in that same place walking there own dogs it’s terrible for the health centre to let this happen shame on u all
