The Dental Hygiene Clinic

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this clinic. Due to an issue on their side, our hygienist appointment had to be rebooked and attended again. Despite this, the appointment was carried out without the advertised or booked scale and polish. My wife and I were charged again for the second appointment. In total, we paid £300 (£150 each), took additional time off work, and attended in good faith—only for the hygienist to conduct an assessment and record measurements on a computer. I switched to The Dental Hygiene Clinic a couple of years ago just for hygiene check ups but I have my dental work done there as well. All the team are brilliant, friendly and the customer care is next level. Highly recommend !

Jen is an excellent hygienist. Very personable, makes you feel relaxed and my teeth looked so much better afterwards. Highly recommend her.

Had no appointment but severe pain. Visited the clinic in the morning and was seen in the afternoon. Dr. Nikoletta has a very informative and professional manner. She explained all the options to me and had a sympathetic manner. More importantly she phoned me the next morning to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend her.
