Knew my history. Great communication telling me what was happening and then what I need to do and when to come back. Lovely dentist. On time. Just a shame I can never get through on the phone to book an appointment

On the 29th Oct 25 l unbeknown to me was set up and stolen identity on a Reed course for Dental Administration l believe by the Head mans young daughter who looked about 6 years old by hat l mean the dentist. Does he not know this could possible be a crime in fact it is a crime. As she quoted my bank account number while walking passed there flat on Church Road. This is not acceptable and this grudge match has to stop it is childish and pathetic & down right wrong. Leave this person who wrote the review alone you have disturbed my peace of mind. if this is how you deal with bad reviews then…

These guys are great. Very kind and understanding. I can usually et an appointment at a time that works for me, too

One of the receptionists is the most unpleasant unprofessional member of an otherwise excellent team. She messed up my husband and I’s appointment times and despite realising her mistake, didn’t apologise till after I had pointed out to her that we would now be required to wait for an hour between appointment times. She created the most unwelcoming atmosphere in the waiting room. She offered no assistance to someone who was struggling to complete the medical form. She literally shouts at people who push the locked door, assuming it to be open. I will be making a formal complaint and won’t b…
