Having neglected my teeth and gums for some years I found this practice online. My experience with them over the last 18 months has been wonderful. From my first encounter with the amazing Evelina on reception , who treated my nervous approach with such kindness , and then being so well cared for by the rest of the team I have to say this practice shows how it should be done. Jose has restored my teeth , Lily his nurse was a kindly reassuring presence and Eamon the hygienist has removed my fear of treatment with his gentle handling. A welcoming, professional and friendly dental practice. The hygienist was very clear about the work required and reassuring and careful. Despite my having sensitive teeth I experienced no pain during the assessment and cleaning process, and I am delighted with the quality of his work. I can highly recommend this surgery.
Incredible patient service as always! As a nervous client, I would never even consider going anywhere but here. From the warm greeting by the concierge staff, to the welcoming dental technicians, through to the entire dentistry team, you are looked after in a way I’ve never experienced in other practices!
I was devastated when my front tooth fell out, making me resemble a pantomime witch. But by 9;35, I had an appointment with Robin at 10:30. Using the old tooth, she fashioned a temporary repair and I was able to face the world again. Given the skill required, the cost was reasonable. Many thanks, House of Dentistry.
