Attended this dentist once and the dental technician had a full blown argument with the nurse over my head whilst I was in the chair. I was so disgusted by such unprofessional behaviour and frightened as i am a nervous patient I didnt return. This event has put me in a position where I cant find another NHS dentist leading to severe tooth issues and A&E. I have had so far a really positive experience at this dental practice. I previously left another dentist because I felt unwelcome and found the experience unprofessional, but coming here has been completely different. From the moment I arrived, the team have been welcoming, helpful, and reassuring, which has made such a difference to how I feel about attending appointments. This dentist is exceptional! Theyve been so great that i joined their practice plan which makes sure i attend regulary for check ups ans hygiene. Ive had a Root canal treatment and a crown and never had pain again. Very good with emergenices aswell. The receptionist on desk Mariana and Jo are very helpful and always listen to your needs. Dr. Rosario has extensive knowledge, and his expertise and experience helped me to remain calm when I was going through my first ever crown fitting. Dr. Rosario on the first of three appointments, explained the process and kept explaining what he was doing throughout all the appointments which kept me informed as well as calm.
