I had the start of my All on 4 done on Monday (turned out to be All on 6 which I was so happy with). Left on Monday a bit sore but nothing I couldn't handle. Went back Tuesday to get my first temp teeth fitted. Bit uncomfortable but nothing like I was expecting. And definitely nothing like the pain my real teeth had been giving me for years! Having had terrible experiences all my life with dentists I was very very nervous to revisit one. I had to have major work done so I visited Bruno and his team, close to my home and good reviews. I am currently at the start of my implant journey and will need several implants in different areas, so I know it will be a long process. The dentist looking after me, Ms Fernandez, has been amazing. Her confident yet kind manner has made a huge difference, especially as I am a very anxious and nervous patient. So far, I have had my initial implant assessment, a Maryland bridge prepared and fitted, and two lower molar implant surgeries last week. Everything has gone smoothly with no problems at all, which has really helped me feel more relaxed and positive about the rest of my treatment. 🙏🏻

Had my first implants at this clinic 11 years ago and needed new ones. Even though it’s 4 hours of travelling for me it’s so worth it. Dr Bruno Silva and his staff were brilliant, in talking through the work required, listened to any concerns I had and has ensured my implants match my natural teeth. Extremely pleased with my implants and would certainly recommend this dental surgery.
