I have been attending this practice for over 10yrs, and hv always found the staff extremely friendly. I have a low pain threshold and the dentists hv been very gentle, patient, and understanding. Also, they hv managed to fit me in the same day, on occasions when I've had v bad toothache. They don't leave you waiting for too long (like some I've been to!) & agreed to see me when I was 13mins late :-))
