Prior to this treatment of a new crown being added I was happy with the service from this practice. Unfortunately my temporary crown came off twice as it was not fitted correctly - the senior dentist who sorted it the 3rd time was very good and knew exactly what had been done incorrectly before. No apology was given despite it causing me to be in considerable pain over a whole weekend and another evening prior to it being rectified. I am a new patient here and I have been so impressed. My meeting with the dentist was amazing and she was so gentle and understanding. I then saw the hygienist (Grace Portilla) who was so incredible. She was very understanding at how nervous I was and took the time to explain everything and check I was ok throughout. Amazing service throughout and I am very thankful.

After a run of cancelled appointments and a not-so-great experience at a Crawley dentist, we brought our 3-year-old to Holbrook Dental Surgery to see Dr. Jacob Davidson — and wow, what a difference!
