I am new to the area and I came in due to a problem with a tooth, which has been going on for a while. Lizet was very thorougher, she explained all my options, and discussed ways financially to make the treatment possible. Her Dental Nurse Hannah, was very kind and ensured I was okay through out the treatment. Wendy on the desk, was very friendly and cheerful. I also saw Sue for the Hygienist - who gave me lots of tips to improve my oral hygiene, and I left feeling very positive. Practice was very clean and there was just a friendly vibe all round. Would highly recommend
Lizet is the BEST dentist I have ever been to. She and Hannah are so reassuring, kind, welcoming and non-judgemental. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! I cannot recommend designer smiles enough, especially if you are a nervous patient 😊
My appointment was on time and I was greeted by the nice friendly receptionist. All members of staff were very knowledgeable and professional. As well as receiving my treatment I was given a detailed explanation and aftercare advice. I am a nervous patient but Lizette and Hannah reassured me throughout my appointment. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
Lizet and her wonderful dental nurse Hannah are truly outstanding. I recently had some porcelain crowns and Venners fitted and I am so pleased with the result. My new teeth are better than I possibly could have imagined thanks to the superb talent and patient-centred care that I received at the practice. Lizet takes the time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and involve you in your treatment decisions. I highly recommend designer smiles in Horsham, sincerely the best experience I have ever had with a dental practice.
