I had a fantastic experience at Hacton Dental Care with hygienist Kiran Chowdhury and her assistant Lisa. From the moment I arrived, they were both incredibly friendly, reassuring, and professional. I had some severe neglect issues with my teeth and was honestly quite anxious, but everything was handled quickly, thoroughly, and as painlessly as possible. I’ve had a great experience at this dentistry office. Dr. Balraj Sohal is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable throughout every visit. I’ve had a filling done here as well as multiple teeth cleaning appointments, and each time the care has been thorough and gentle. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and well-organized, which makes appointments easy and stress-free. Everything is clearly explained, and I always feel confident that I’m in good hands. As a nervous patient attending the dentist has always been unsettling for me. The receptionist Kelly has always put me at ease, and is so understanding of my situation and so caring it made the whole experience much easier.
